Aluminum foil kills brain cells, only use it when you absolutely have to. Now it won't kill you right away but don't be rolling aluminum doobies everyday my friend. And that gum wrapper I believe you used to make that joint is partly paper so it will be ok to smoke from, but like I said not everyday
So it might be safe but you'll just look like a poser sticking an aluminum joint in your mouth, much easier to buy rolling papers.
Once again society falls victim to myths and faulty beliefs. One one hand, you guys are right. Aluminium fumes are harmful to the brain, and have been proven to lead to Alzheimers and other serious brain conditions. What you don't mention is that for aluminium to release fumes it must be glowing red hot/molten. A bic lighter, burning weed, or even a torch lighter don't come close to reaching the required 1220.58*F for aluminum to release fumes. Safe in my book...
