Just copy-paste the link. Sometimes your browser will use "https" at the beginning instead of "http" and that messes up the embed feature, so if it's like that just fix it.
I disagree completely. BalroG11, that evol tube is sick. Their percs are gridded and it provides a great hit. I prefer it over a stemline. The sculpting is beautiful and worth every penny. Some of us are not too concerned when it comes to prices of pieces of art That vertigo is sick too. I'm a sucker for glass sculpting in pieces.

EFS Custom Photos by sektr | Photobucket That's what I got for my money, the perc is mass produced but not one other person on this planet has anything like it as far as the work and sandblasting go (so I guess those are the equivalent to the zombie on your piece, because that perc isn't one of a kind as I'm sure you know). I love the look of the EVOL tube and the sculpting, but as far as function goes, I'll reserve my judgement because I can't really tell from that video (no stackage but that isn't the end all be all). But basically yea all I'm saying is $1000 is a fucking absurd price for that tube. Consider that a top of the line Salt slide is gonna run you like $350, and that's better sculpting work than the zombie on that tube, but we'll say the zombie is worth $350 on it's own for the sake of this. That means that clear, scientific tube with a perc that appears to be fairly basic and not cutting-edge has to be worth $650 on it's own for it all to be worth $1000. Not a chance IMO. Again, not trying to shit on your piece, it looks like a great tube, but even for a one of a kind type of thing you could've gotten a LOT more for your money, but that site overprices almost all their shit. Well function in terms of glass would mean how good of a job it does at filtering the smoke. Your piece puts out big fat bubbles that don't stack at all, mine puts out a bunch of little tiny ones out of a bunch more holes than yours that stack to the top of the tube. Smaller bubbles = more water touching more smoke = smoother hit Game set match. This shouldn't turn into a "whos tube is better/whos dick is bigger" contest, I never said your piece was bad, I said it was insanely overpriced and should have only run like 5-700 tops purely for the art value. If it was just a scientific piece with no sculpting, judging by those videos I wouldn't pay more than 200.
Annnnnnddd there's the ignorance shining through in full! Just showing how little you know about the value of glass. A scientific piece can only be worth so much, as would be indicated by the fact that the two best (debateable) flower pieces on the market, cost $600 (Stem/8) and $1000 (Peyote Pillar) unworked. It's the line work, honeycombing, basketweaves, rettis, fuming, sculpting, sandblasting, etc. etc. that gives expensive ass pieces their value, and the value of these types of work vary from artist to artist and the quality they do. A basic StemLine from SG runs about $350 shelf price, which is probably the most comparable piece function and build quality-wise to mine, so if we take that into consideration I only paid $50 for the sandblasting and honeycombing on my piece. Let me just make it clear that you'd be hard pressed to find someone who does cleaner honeycombs, sandblasting or even basic glass blowing than EFS (ok there are better blowers out there but he's up with the best of em). So yea you're right I am very happy with it ESPECIALLY considering how little I paid. If you're under the impression that they asked $1000 for your piece because it's $1000 worth of function I am sorry for you. EDIT: Anyways this isn't the place for this, I'm done tryna educate here, deuces. Also there are plenty custom glass blowers who can make a better functioning piece with amazing color, work and additional sculpting for less then a thousand. I am getting a gridded circ to gridded disc with a frothilator second chamber with tons of work for under 6 next month. But I suppose in Oregon glass is easy to come by
