Table Construction #1
This ia a small medical edibles garden I'm building for a friend (thank goodness for those edibles scripts...). 2"X4" construction with a halved 4'X8'X7/16" piece of OSB for the tray and botton shelf. This is a super-budget setup, so I used $0.50 scrap pieces from Home Depot (14 pieces = $7), a $7 piece of OSB, a $2 1 mil drop cloth that I stapled (staples and gun $10) to the sides and doubled over several times, and duct tape to keep the staples from ripping out, a $5 drain fitting with a screen from the grow shop, and finally a $5 box of 1.5" wood screws. The table cost around $36.00, and you get a new tool (staple gun) in the process. KEY NOTE: the four corners must extend up enough to support the screen at the correct height!
