NOTICE: Putting syrup on your sweet/joint/cigarette doesn't have any effect. When the promethazine/codeine is smoked all the active drugs get burned up. Or so I've heard.. sounds logical. I never put it on things im smoking anymore, seems like a waste I rather put the lil bit it takes to cover the sweet on my tongue cuz man that shit is some shit lol
