seed or what?

i took some clones off a bag seed i got and 4 took. i gave 2 away and one of the 2 i kept grew well but this just stayed 4 nodes high for 2 months and now well you can see. i noticed the a couple of days ago a big seed shape growing from the top. abnormally big. i just took some pics to have a better look and noticed another now above it. Could they be seeds growing or a couple of freakish pollen sacks? Anyone seen this before? It is my first grow too. Thanks.
