leaf damage

This is on a few leaves throughout all three plants, it looks almost like the heat damage that I saw on the tops of the first generation plants when they were overheated and too close to the bulb while we had them growing in a closet. These leaves are farther down on the plants however, and there are only a few leaves that look like this while the white spots proliferate throughout most of the plants :/
