Hole in leaf

I found about 4 holes on different leaves on one of the plants 2 days ago, I have searched the whole plant and cannot see any type of bugs nor has there been any new holes since then. I think it may be from me misting the leaves while the lights were still on and the light burning a hole in the leaf. The lights were on for about an hour after misting. I will just keep checking the plant for any further holes and only mist as the lights are about to go off or in the dark.
