This used to be a balcony greenhouse. The venting is very inadequate and its a small space 6x11 almost 8 high max. It had a lid, 2 inches polyisocyanate foam and added reflective mylar layer. The pulley system was very tiresome. I moved away, he removed the foam, nailed it down and shingled it.
