What to do now??? What should I do now???

Hey guys, noobie here!<br /><br />Just wondering on advice on what i should do next??<br />My plants are outdoors (in 18litre pots), have been growing for about 4.5 months began to flower about 3-4weeks ago. My plants seem quiet sick to me but i am a first time grower so i don't know if the girls are even sick or if this is just part of the process. Apart from that i did have a major bug problem but i have been tackling that issue with neem oil!<br />Please comment on any picture! I've added pictures of both flowers and fan leaves of each of my 6 plants so as you can get the full idea!!<br /><br />Peace!!!
