11 day old AK plant

My AK plant, it sprouted 11 days ago I had fed it 5ml floragrow, 2.5 ml nitrozyme and 5ml formulex mixed with 1ltr water, and i am using two CFL's (14w and 7w) and one 400w halogen, I am getting a 115w CFL coming soon. I just wanted to know if my plant looks good for its age and how often should I feed my plants nutes at this stage.
